The Sea Môr Aquarium at Ocean Lab is run by Sea Trust who are hosting these events with Ocean Guardians Fishguard & Goodwick.

Ocean Lab is home to a variety of marine creatures, representing the diversity of life found in Welsh waters. Highlights include our moon jellyfish, octopus and rock pool adventure tank, where children can touch starfish, anemones and small crabs. The aquarium allows close up views of the animals possibly only glimpsed in their natural environment. The guided tour, provided by Sea Trust marine biologists, is packed full of fun facts, creating an eye-opening experience for children and adults alike. Ocean Lab also includes a café.

At 3pm Susan Richardson will do a performance of ‘Words the Turtle Taught Me’

Look out for the dolphin, fish and razorbill sculptures that were commissioned by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority for Year of the Sea. As a coastal national park the organisation wanted to focus on the issue of marine litter, the devastating impact it can have on our environment and wildlife, and also what people can do to help reduce their impact.

Please join the activities with Ewan Rees PCNPA Ranger and Anna Elliott Sea Trust  during the day.

Add to your adventure and join Board Games for fun on the water, exploring caves and hidden beaches on a stand up paddle board (SUP). If you are lucky you may witness Cragen on the water as well as our local marine wildlife so keep your eyes peeled! Please contact Libby to book your place | 07772 221 333. The day will round off with films and food ‘The Smog of the Sea’ and ‘The Islands and the Whales’ at Theatr Gwaun, Fishguard
